Wolverhampton City Council

Wolverhampton City Council is the planning and transportation authority and promoter for the Interchange project. The council has been working for some time to address issues concerning the city’s transport infrastructure, in addition to addressing issues surrounding the rail station in its role as one of the city’s principal entry points.

The council has previously explored several options for the Interchange prior to selecting Neptune Developments Ltd as confirmed development partner.
