Wolverhampton City Council is the planning and transportation authority and promoter for the Interchange project. The council has been working for some time to address issues concerning the city’s transport infrastructure, in addition to addressing issues surrounding the rail station in its role as one of the city's principal entry points. The council has previously explored several options for the Interchange prior to selecting Neptune Developments Ltd as confirmed development partner.
Neptune Developments Limited is committed to satisfying the long-term needs of both occupier and investor.
Our distinctive approach has brought us a reputation for quality and a distinguished track record of success. We negotiate the complexities of urban regeneration and build meaningful and highly effective partnerships. While conservation and regeneration are a key part of many of our projects, our vision blends sensitivity to the past with acute awareness of the needs of the future.
